Crunchyroll has announced the release of a Dragon Ball Super Limited Edition Blu-ray set that collects the entire series in a premium Steelbook Collector’s format that’s priced at $199.98, or $179.99 for Got Anime members. This collector’s edition includes all 131 episodes of Dragon Ball Super spread across 20 discs and the discs are packaged in beautifully designed Steelbooks that feature characters from the series.
It’s an amazing way to experience the epic saga from start to finish. If you are new to the series, Dragon Ball Super continues the adventures of Goku and his friends. Peace is fleeting as new threats, including Beerus, the God of Destruction, and a familiar face Frieza, rise to challenge our heroes.
The episodes are available in both Japanese and English audio and are presented in a 16:9 ratio. This Limited Edition Blu-ray set also comes with special features that dive deeper into the Dragon Ball universe, including “Catching Up on the Dragon Ball Universe” with Sonny Strait and Savannah Ligaluppi, and a session with Christopher R. Sabat and Hero D. Sabat.
The set also includes textless opening and closing songs, “Watching Dragon Ball Super” with Jason Douglas and Ian Sinclair, an Anime Expo 2017 interview with Sean Schemmel and Jason Douglas, a dedicated interview with Sean Schemmel, a “Coffee Break with Mai and Trunks,” as well as more interviews from Anime Expo 2018 featuring Sonny Strait, Matthew Mercer, and Kyle Hebert, and more.
The Dragon Ball Super Collector’s Edition Blu-ray is available for preorder now on Crunchyroll, with a release date of July 31, 2024.
