Blizzard Entertainment has unveiled an exciting dark fantasy crossover—Berserk x Diablo, bringing Kentaro Miura’s masterpiece to life within Diablo IV and Diablo Immortal. This limited-time event merges the bleak, brutal landscape of Berserk with the hellish plains of Sanctuary, offering players the chance to fight, collect, and survive in ways never before seen in the franchise.
Starting May 1 in Diablo Immortal and May 6 in Diablo IV, players will be able to step into the shoes—and the armor—of legendary warriors from Berserk, taking on themed missions, collecting rare loot, and confronting one of the most terrifying foes from the manga: Nosferatu Zodd.
Diablo IV: The Berserker’s Hunt Begins
Running through the end of Season 8, Diablo IV introduces the Berserk Reliquary, a new system that lets players collect Behelits by slaying elite enemies. These mystical items can be exchanged for cosmetics inspired by Berserk, including class-based sets like the Berserker Armor for Barbarians, Skull Knight for Necromancers, and The Struggler for Rogues.
Themed mounts, pets, and trophies are also available in the shop during this event, and you can score Twitch Drops by supporting your favorite streamers—earning exclusive items like the Skull Behelit Mount Trophy.
Diablo Immortal: Enter the Eclipse
Meanwhile, Diablo Immortal players will be thrust into the Struggler’s Path, a month-long event running through May 30. At the center of this journey is the nightmarish boss fight against Nosferatu Zodd, a centuries-old, battle-hungry demon who only grows stronger the longer the fight lasts. Those who obtain the Crimson Behelit Legendary Gem will unlock a more savage version of Zodd—complete with enhanced drops and agony.
The Survivor’s Bane event lets players relive the infamous Eclipse, a twisted hellscape that sees waves of enemies assaulting players every other minute. Each wave is a fleeting but horrifying glimpse into the moment when Griffith betrayed the Band of the Hawk, echoing the manga’s most harrowing scene. Face overwhelming odds and claim new loot like Berserk-themed weapons, Golem Familiars, and Broken Band’s Armament—armor that pays homage to Guts and his doomed comrades.
Loot Worthy of the Brand
The Crimson Behelit Legendary Gem is a gameplay-enhancing powerhouse. Depending on your health, it will trigger offensive or defensive boosts, screaming with the rage of the Eclipse and Fearing nearby enemies. Combine this with class-specific weapon skins—including Guts’ unforgettable Dragon Slayer greatsword—and you’ll be fighting like the Black Swordsman himself.
Simply logging in during the event grants access to a stack of exclusive rewards, including:
- 1x Struggler’s Path Weapon Cosmetic
- Crimson Behelit Legendary Gem
- Eclipse Portal Cosmetic
- Eclipse Frame
- 10x Legendary Crests
This collaboration is more than a fanservice nod—it’s a full-fledged plunge into the unforgiving world of Berserk, blending Miura’s bleak vision with Diablo’s eternal conflict.
