Bandai Releasing 2 Limited Edition Nike SB Gundam Unicorn Kits

Bandai and Nike are releasing the Nike Gundam SB Dunk High, which are inspired the by RX-0 Unicorn Gundam in Destroy Mode, in October. A pair inspired by the RX-0 Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee was also confirmed, but an official release date for those has yet to be confirmed.

In celebration of the collaboration, Bandai revealed two new HG 1/144 Gundam model kits inspired by the Nike Gundam SB Dunk High that they are joining forces with Nike to release. The first kit they are releasing is the HG 1/144 Unicorn Gundam (Destroy Mode) Ver. Nike SB. The second is the HG 1/144 Unicorn Gundam 02 Banshee (Destroy Mode) Ver. Nike SB.

Both come in unique boxes that are designed to look like the Nike SB shoe boxes and each come with special sticker decals that highlight the Nike and Nike SB logos. Both kits will be available for purchase on P-Bandai’s site on September 23rd, 2021 at 10:00pm EDT for $27 USD. They will be taking preorders until November 6th, 2021 at 10:59am EDT while supplies last.

The HG 1/144 Nike SB Gundam kits are expected to ship out sometime in April 2022, but keep in mind that expected arrival dates are subject to change or delay.
