The second season of Jujutsu Kaisen, whose first season aired in the Fall of 2020 and was one of our top anime of that year, has been confirmed by the official site. It was also announced at a special event by Junya Enoki, who voices Yuji Itadori. A movie that covers the series’ prequel, Jujutsu Kaisen 0, was also released in theaters on December 24, 2021, in Japan and on March 18, 2022, in the US and Canada.
In celebration of Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2’s announcement and Jujutsu Kaisen 0‘s success, creator Gege Akutami drew a special illustration of Yuta Okkotsu and Rika Orimoto. In the illustration, Gege Akutami also left a message thanking the fans as well as the staff who worked on the series.

Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 Release Date
It was confirmed at Jump Festa 2023 that Jujutsu Kaisen Season 2 is airing in July 2023. At a later date, an official release date of July 6, 2023, was confirmed. It was one of the first anime to be announced for 2023 but a few were confirmed before it, including MF Ghost and Dr. Stone Season 3.
