New The Case Study of Vanitas Nendoroids Coming Soon

Good Smile Company have revealed two new The Case Study of Vanitas Nendoroids of Vanitas and Noé Archiviste! They are expected to release sometime in June 2022 and are added to the 2022 Nendoroid release schedule. Good Smile also recently announced new Nendoroids from Jujutsu Kaisen 0!

The Vanitas Nendoroid comes with three face plates (A standard expression, a smiling expression, and an angry expression). Optional display parts include the Book of Vanitas (both an opened and closed version) and a knife.

The Noé Archiviste Nendoroid comes with three face plates as well (A standard expression, a combat expression, and an enamored expression). Optional display parts include a miniature figure of his cat, Murr, who he wouldn't be complete without, and a slice of tarte Tatin. They even included special parts that allow you to display him holding Murr.

The Case Study of Vanitas released first as a manga that was later adapted into an anime in 2021. If you have yet to check out the series, the story follows Noé, a young vampire in search of a friend's salvation, who makes his way to Paris where rumors about The Book of Vanitas, a clockwork grimoire of dubious reputation, swirl.

What awaits him in the City of Flowers, however, is not long hours treading the pavement or rifling through dusty bookshops in search of the tome. Instead, his quarry comes to him...in the arms of a man claiming to be a vampire doctor! Thrust into a conflict that threatens the peace between humans and vampires, will Noé cast in his lot with the curious and slightly unbalanced Vanitas and his quest to save vampirekind?
