In addition to talking about their upcoming licenses for Vampire Hunter D and Fate/stay Night, which they first revealed at Wonder Festival 2021, Figurama held an event at Crunchyroll Expo 2021 where they announced a new license for Chainsaw Man! This will be the first time that an officially licensed studio has released a statue from the series.

Chainsaw Man was one of the licenses we wanted to see Figurama obtain the most. After its massive success as a manga and with an upcoming anime coming in the future with animation by MAPPA (Jujutsu Kaisen, Dorohedoro), it’s no surprise that they are taking this one on. We are really excited about this because we have a feeling that they will do the style and gory nature of Chainsaw Man justice.

As far as what I’d love to see, I am really hoping this statue is of Denji in his hybrid form, because I’d love to see the detail they’d add to his chainsaws. They do metal details really well, so they would do a great job here. And of course, I’d love to see a lot of blood and torn up devils as well.

As of now though, little has been revealed about Figurama’s upcoming Chainsaw Man statue and what character(s) they plan to include on the piece. We also aren’t sure as of yet if this will be a diorama statue that features a battle from the series or a character specific statue. Whatever it is they have in store for us, we are looking forward to learning more!

As more information is revealed, we will let you guys know. Also be sure to join the Figurama Collectors Hub on Facebook to stay up to date on all the latest from Figurama and check out our video on our YouTube channel, where we go over the top anime statues we want to see from Figurama most!
