In October, a lot of exciting anime statue reveals were made, especially with Wonder Festival 2020 occurring last month. This month, a lot of statues have yet to be announced, but those that have went up preorder so far have me excited for what’s to come. I personally collect both licensed and unlicensed statues, so I’ve included both on this post, but I have separated them for those of you who are only interested in buying licensed pieces.

As always, I want to make it known that I don’t condone what unlicensed studios are doing, but I will buy their statues from time to time if they are completely original pieces and have an amazing concept. With that said, here are all of my favorite anime statues that have gone up for preorder so far in November!

Unlicensed Statues

yoyo studio super saiyan 2 son gohan dragon ball statue main

YOYO Studio Super Saiyan 2 Son Gohan 1/6 and 1/4 Scale Dragon Ball Statue

Yoyo Studio’s Super Saiyan 2 Son Gohan statue from Dragon Ball Z comes in two scales (1/6 and 1/4) and two versions (Standard and Advanced), so there’s multiple options to choose from based on your preferences. It has an estimated arrival date of Q1-Q2 2021.

According to the sites that are selling this statue, both the standard and advanced versions come with two head sculpts, two busts, one bust platform, three interchangeable right arms, and two interchangeable left arms. The advanced version is unique because it comes with two extra display options, which are his cape and 1 left arm holding his cape. You can see the differences between all the options for this statue in terms of its scale and accessories in the gallery below!

From what’s been revealed so far in November, this statue is one of my most anticipated. After years of searching for a Gohan statue, I finally pulled the trigger on this one. The imagery is powerful and it really showcases Gohan’s strength in general, but it also shows him annihilating the Cell Juniors. I really love that cheeky addition of the Cell Junior head, which Gohan is holding in his hand. But, it’s the way that Gohan is pictured in all his glory and how well they captured his likeness that really sold me on this statue.

I went ahead and purchased the advanced version, because of the sheer number of options you have to choose from when displaying him. And of course, I had to have the cape. I rarely say this, but I’m going to have a hard time choosing which pose to put him in, because every option looks amazing. I just hope the final product I receive looks as incredible as it does in the photos. Keep an eye out for a review when I receive him in 2021!

T.N.T Studios Gyomei Himejima Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Statue Main

T.N.T Studios Gyomei Himejima 1/6 Scale Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba Statue

T.N.T Studios 1/6 scale statue of the Stone Hashira Gyomei Himejima from Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba just went up for preorder this November. Like the Son Gohan statue above, this one comes in two versions (Standard and Advanced). The difference being that the advanced version comes with an extra head sculpt and two interchangeable arms that feature his Demon Slayer Mark.

Recently, a lot of statues are being made of characters from Demon Slayer, but this is the first statue I’ve decided to preorder from the series. For me, this one has not only captured the unique art style of Demon Slayer the best, but it is also the best I’ve seen so far of Gyomei Himejima in terms of likeness and it shows him in a powerful, battle-ready stance. From what I can see in the photos, the paint and sculpt are amazingly done and the overall concept is my favorite to release as of yet. I can’t wait to receive this one in Q3 2021!

Clouds Studio Pain 1/8 Scale Naruto Shippuden Statue Main

Clouds Studio Pain 1/8 Scale Naruto Shippuden Statue

Clouds Studio latest in their Akatsuki Resonance series is a 1/8 scale statue of Pain from Naruto Shippuden. It has an expected arrival date of Q3 2021. From the photos, this one looks absolutely amazing no matter which way you look at it, even from the back.

I’ve been partial to Clouds Studio when it comes to Naruto Shippuden statues, but I also really enjoy Surge Studio’s pieces as well. For me, these two studios have been knocking out of the park lately, especially with their Akatsuki lines. This one showcases Pain standing strong with his characteristic hand out pose. I also really like the fact that all of the Six Paths of Pain are featured in this statue. This statue really highlights all of the paths, but also puts the spotlight on Yahiko, and rightfully so. I really like that he is boldly and brightly colored, while the surroundings and others around him are made of stone. He really stands out as a result, and I am happy that the main focus is on him.

I can’t resist a Pain piece, but there are a few things that will prevent me from buying one. One of course is the likeness, and the other is if the painting of the Rinnegan is off and he looks cross-eyed. Luckily, this statue looks great in these two departments and it’s definitely one of my favorites to go up for preorder this November.

Licensed Statues

Tsume Unveil New Dragon Ball Z Goku Kaio-ken and Vegeta Galick Gun Statues

Tsume Goku Kaio-ken and Vegeta Galick Gun Dragon Ball Z Statues

Tsume just recently announced two 1/6 scale Dragon Ball Z statues. They are sold separately, but are meant to be displayed together to showcase the battle between Vegeta and Goku. Included with the statues are effect parts to recreate the Galick Gun and Kamehameha and they also come with LED and sound effects as well. They have an estimated arrival date of Q1 2022 and are available for purchase now on Tsume’s site here.

Apart from the effects, the details on these statues are incredible. When you zoom in on the close-up photos you can see they, in addition to blood, added sweat to show just how much these two are pushing past their limits. It even has the blood on Vegeta’s glove from when he wipes off his mouth in the anime. They are just so amazingly done with a high attention to detail and as a result I couldn’t resist picking these up.

Aside from Tsume’s site, you can preorder these statues at the following sites:

Jimei Palace Kaido One Piece 1/6 Scale Statue Main

Jimei Palace Kaido One Piece 1/6 Scale Statue

Jimei Palace have been doing some amazing things lately, especially with their new 1/6 scale statue of Kaido from One Piece, their statue of Enel, and their last statue release of Pain that went up for preorder last month. Of course with any Kaido statue, you are going to be looking at a statement piece, and this one is definitely that and then some.

Everything from the coloring and textures to the concept of this one look fantastic, and he looks absolutely menacing looming above that skull with that pose. Also, the skull appears to have LED’s in it, which is a nice addition as well. I’m also happy they included the dragon in the statue to symbolize his massive dragon form. While definitely not in scale, it just further highlights Kaido’s strength and abilities.

You can check out photos of Jimei Palace’s Kaido statue in the gallery and find out where to preorder him below!
